The experience was awesome. When my first batch of worms arrived they were dead due to the extreme heat. I called and and explained the situation. They immediately assured me that everything was going to be ok and sent another batch right out. This company is awesome.

My experience purchasing the worms was fine but I received the worms 5 days late due to Ecom Express and they never delivered the worms to my address, I had to go pick them up from a local Ecom Express office . The worms were fortunately still alive and are doing great in the container I have them in. Everything from shrigramorganics side was great,Ecom Express was the reason i’m giving this only 4 stars.
