Non-Refund Policy for International Live Plant Orders

At shrigram organics, we are committed to providing healthy live plants and secure packaging for international shipments. However, due to the sensitive nature of live plants and varying international regulations, the following policy applies:

  1. All International Orders Are Non-Refundable
    • Purchases of live plants for international delivery are final and non-refundable.
    • Once an order has been processed for shipping , we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
  2. Customs & Import Regulations
    • The customer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, restrictions, and required permits for live plants.
    • We do not issue refunds if plants are delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or agricultural authorities.
  3. Transit Risks
    • While we pack plants with the utmost care, international shipping involves extended transit times and varying climate conditions.
    • We cannot guarantee plant survival during international transit and do not provide refunds for damage, delays, or loss caused by shipping carriers or customs inspections.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
    • Once delivered, plant care and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Exceptions
    • If the wrong plant species (different from what was ordered) is shipped, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the case, but refunds are not guaranteed for international orders.

By placing an international order with shrigram organics you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refund Policy.

Refund

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the
Credit Card or Net-Banking account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder’s issuing bank.

Cancellation by Us

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
